Claims
International Shipping - Standard Delivery
All international orders sent using our "International Shipping - Standard Delivery" method, will be dispatched using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. This will give you end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation. It must be noted that although the Royal Mail service is cheaper than shipping via Courier, the claim process for any delayed or lost orders are processed in line with the General Royal Mail Claim Procedures.
Royal Mail state they cannot accept a claim for loss until at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date.

We ask that all relevant paper-work for any claims must be returned to support@aksyseurope.com or sent by post to us within 3 days of expected delivery date.

International Shipping – Courier
All International Orders sent using our “International Shipping – Courier” method, will be dispatched using a fully tracked and traced courier service (e.g. DPD International or DHL). Claims can be made for lost order from 5 days after the Estimated Delivery Date of an order.
