Returns
AKSYS Games Europe Online Store (EU) has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
I NO LONGER WANT MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, games must be in their original packaging and sealed.
To start a return, you can contact us EUSupport@aksyseurope.com and provide the following:
- Order Number
- Item
- Return Reason
If your return is accepted, please make sure you place the item in a secure and protective shipping box with its original packaging, then you will need to return the item back to us with the provided address.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return as any items lost in transit cannot be repaired/replaced/refunded. You can always contact us for any return questions at EUSupport@aksyseurope.com.
MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us as soon as possible explaining the damage to our customer service team and we will be in touch. We may ask you for a photograph of the damage to the item & photograph of the shipping box to speed up the refund/replacement process for you.
MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT IT IS INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order has arrived with one or more items missing, please contact us immediately stating your order number and details of what you have received and one of our customer service team will investigate this with our warehouse & delivery courier.
MY GAME IS FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We wish everything was perfect but sometimes a game can have minor issues that are fixed by developers in the form of patches that are made available to download. Please ensure your PC/Console is connected to the internet and that all patches have been installed for your specific game. Developer's websites may also be a good source of known issues and how to work around them or information regarding new patches and when they will be made
EXPECTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Most items bought from us can be returned, however, the nature and use of some items mean that we cannot accept a return on them. Items that cannot be returned are explained below:
- Items which were purchased using a gift card
- Items which were on sale at the time of purchase
REFUNDS
Once your refund has approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
STORE CREDIT
As a good gesture of will, we may sometimes provide a store credit in the form of a discount code which can be used on your next purchase for any inconveniences.
